  "python-matplotlib", and "python-pyparsing" to propagated-inputs; move
  "python-nose" and "python-sphinx" to native-inputs.
  [propagated-inputs]: New field.
  [native-inputs]: Move "python-nose" and "python-sphinx" from inputs
  field here.
  (python2-scipy): Modify propagated-inputs instead of inputs field.
