  (libgpgerror)[arguments]<#:phases>{cross-symlinks}: Only
  link to src/syscfg/lock-obj-pub.linux-gnu.h if the package
  is being compiled for a Linux target. Do not link either
  if the architecture is unknown, as the headers vary with
  the architecture.
