[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Removed “-DFREEIMAGE_INCLUDE_PATH=…”
and “-DFREEIMAGE_LIBRARY=…”.
[inputs]: Replace catch2 with catch2-3.8, qtbase-5 with qtbase,
and qtsvg-5 with qtsvg.
