Yelninei e64f117169 gnu: dbus: Remove obsolete patch for the Hurd. ...

With the updated dbus the patch is already included.

* gnu/packages/glib.scm (dbus)[#:phases]: Remove 'patch-hurd phase.
* gnu/packages/patches/dbus-hurd.patch: Remove patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister it.
