This fixes a test failure.

* gnu/packages/python-science.scm (python-scikit-image): Update to 0.26.0.
[#:test-flags]: Remove --pyargs (otherwise no test would run).  Add upstream
issue reference in comment.
[#:phases]: Delete argument.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-pretty.
