* gnu/services/messaging.scm (ngircd-configuration): Adjust comment.
(ngircd-wrapper): Nest bindings within the (maybe-value-set? ssl) check, to
avoid errors when not providing an explicit value to the ssl field.
(ngircd-service-type) [default-value]: New field.
