[inputs]: Add libidn2, miniupnpc, zbar. Remove glib, gmp,

[native-inputs]: Add python, xxd, which.
[arguments]: Remove configure-flags. Add phase to remove network
dependent tests. Re-arrange location of new 'check phase.
