* gnu/packages/pdf.scm (python-pypdf): Update to 6.9.2.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Run tests in a single thread, there are not
many of them; rework skipped tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-typing-extensions.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-flit, and python-pytest-xdist.
