[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[inputs]: Remove bdb. Add sqlite and gsl.
[native-inputs]: Add autoconf, automake, gettext-minimal, pkg-config,
docbook-xml-4.1.2, docbook-xsl, libxml2, perl, xmlto.
[arguments]<#:phases>{chdir}: New phase.
