* gnu/packages/bittorrent.scm (aria2): Update to 1.35.0.
[source]: Use new upstream uri. Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/aria2-CVE-2019-3500.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
