[inputs]: Remove plasma-framework, qtdeclarative-5, qtwayland-5, and kio-fuse;
add libplasma, kstatusnotifieritem, qtdeclarative, and qtwayland.
[propagated-inputs]: Add xdg-desktop-portal.
[native-inputs]: Add python-minimal and python-pygobject.
[arguments]: Set #:qtbase to qtbase.
