* gnu/packages/engineering.scm (pythonscad): Update to 0.8.4.
[source]: Use version tag instead of commit hash.
[arguments]: Remove OPENSCAD_COMMIT configure flag.  Fix CMakeLists.txt
substitution to use OpenSCADLibInternal instead of OpenSCAD.
