(wine-staging, wine64-staging)[arguments]: Reuse arguments from wine and
wine64 respectively via substitute-keyword-arguments.
<#:phases>: Rename ‘patch-source-wine-staging’ to
‘apply-wine-staging-patches’.
Reorder, so that ‘patch-SHELL’ is applied afterwards.
Drop trailing #t.
