With the current version the complete package takes less than 6MB.

* gnu/packages/video.scm (v4l-utils)[outputs]: Remove field.
[arguments]<#:phases>{split}: Remove phase.
(v4l-utils-minimal)[outputs, arguments]: Remove fields.
