Fixes a regression introduced in
959a397d22, whereby directory names in
'libzstd.pc' would lack a slash after $prefix.

* gnu/packages/compression.scm (zstd)[arguments]: In
'adjust-library-locations' phase, add trailing slash for $prefix in .pc
file.
