self c2fe6e5c68 test: add mock kexec failure reinstall gui path ...

Add deterministic MockKing24 simulated failure injection via provider credentials so tests can trigger FAIL_KEXEC_ONCE.

Keep log popup attention state in the renderer while publishing all log summaries from main/shared without presentation counters.

Cover mock failure normalization, observation log events, renderer attention state, and the GUI recovery flow.
