self b2ee23686f fix: bootstrap joins with update source ids ...

Read the cluster_update_sources.export snapshot from the upstream node during join profile resolution and place its update_defaults catalog into the new node bootstrap bundle. This preserves signer, channel, substitute server, and substitute key IDs copied from the live cluster.
