gnu: stellarium: Update to 26.1.

* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (stellarium): Update to 26.1.
[arguments] <tests?>: Enable.
<configure-flags>: Remove options which default value are ON (1), build
tests.
[inputs]: Add qtsvg.
[synopsis, description]: Adjust them.
