gnu: knot: Build against libbpf 0.8.

Commit 12d2a6e5a6 introduced a regression
whereby ./configure would error out for lack of libxdp.

* gnu/packages/dns.scm (knot)[inputs]: Replace LIBBPF with LIBBPF-0.8.
