gnu: Remove mercurial/pinned.

Browse Source 
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (mercurial/pinned): Delete variable.
(mercurial-check-phase): Move into mercurial.
* guix/hg-download.scm (hg-package): Use mercurial.
