* gnu/packages/guile-xyz.scm (guile-reader)[source]: Switch to ‘git-fetch’.
[arguments]: New field.
[native-inputs]: Add ‘autoconf, ‘automake‘, ‘libtool’, ‘gnu-gettext’, and
‘texinfo’.
