gnu: beancount: Remove and replace by beancount-3.

* gnu/packages/finance.scm (beancount-3): Deprecate package.
(beancount): Replace variable to the variant formerly known as beancount-3.
(beanquery, python-beangulp, fava)[propagated-inputs],
(emacs-beancount)[native-inputs]: Replace beancount-3 by beancount.
