gnu: guix-daemon: Add dependency on Guile-JSON.

Fixes a bug introduced in 6776af04d4,
where the configure phase of 'guix-daemon' would abort due to the lack
of Guile-JSON.

* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (guix-daemon)[inputs]: Add
GUILE-JSON.
