install: Use ‘shepherd-system-log-service-type’.

This is a followup to d0510dcd82, which
wrongfully assumed that this was already the case.

* gnu/system/install.scm (%installation-services): Replace
‘syslog-service-type’ by ‘shepherd-system-log-service-type’.
