gnu: guile-uuid: Improve package.

* gnu/packages/guile-xyz.scm (guile-uuid): Run guix style.
[arguments]: Rename 'remove-unnecessary-file phase to 'check and run tests
there, add 'install-info-documentation phase.
[native-inputs]: Add texinfo.
