* gnu/packages/gstreamer.scm (libvisual): Update to 0.4.2.
[arguments] <phases>: Use gexps.  Delete trailing #t.
[native-inputs]: Add autoconf, autoconf-archive and automake.
[inputs]: Replace sdl with sdl12-compat.
