system: gdbinit: Save command history by default.

By default, GDB does not save history.  This improves on the default.

* gnu/system/shadow.scm (%default-gdbinit): Add ‘set history’ commands.
(gdb-history-placeholder): New variable.
(default-skeletons): Add it.
