gnu: kdeconnect: Move to kde-internet.scm.

* gnu/packages/kde.scm (kdeconnect): Remove variable.
* gnu/packages/kde-internet.scm (kdeconnect): New variable.
* gnu/packages/rust-apps.scm: Replace (gnu packages kde) with (gnu packages
kde-internet).
