gnu: Deprecate the "bitshuffle" variable.

* gnu/packages/python-compression.scm (bitshuffle): Rename to
  "python-bitshuffle".
  (bitshuffle): Define as deprecated by "python-bitshuffle".
  (bitshuffle-for-snappy): Inherit from python-bitshuffle.
