gnu: freedink-engine: Fix build.

* gnu/packages/patches/freedink-engine-fix-const-char.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register patch.
* gnu/packages/games.scm (freedink-engine)[patches]: Add patch.
[arguments]: Skip failing 'TestIOTouchDragAnywhere' test.
