.editorconfig: Adjust max_line_length to 80 columns.

The maximum column width should be 80 according to our coding style
conventions (https://mumble.net/~campbell/scheme/style.txt), referenced
in (info "(guix) Formatting Code").

* .editorconfig (max_line_length): Set to 80.
