gnu: mswebrtc: Update to 1.1.2.

* gnu/packages/patches/mswebrtc-b64-refactor.patch: New patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/mswebrtc-cmake.patch: Likewise.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register them.
* gnu/packages/linphone.scm (mswebrtc): Update to 1.1.2.
[source]: Apply patches.
