693f12ce23 build: 'check-system' now depends on the bootstrap Guile tarballs.

* gnu/local.mk (BOOTSTRAP_GUILE_TARBALLS): New variable.
(DISTCLEANFILES): Define as an alias for 'BOOTSTRAP_GUILE_TARBALLS'.
