  [arguments]: Deselect storage tests in test-flags.

  [native-inputs]: Remove python-setuptools, python-pytest-benchmark,
  python-pytest-cov, python-pytest-lazy-fixtures
  and python-pytest-xdist.
  Add python-hatch-vcs and python-hatchling.
