Rutherther ab63e29e90 installer: Drop uri from provenance log. ...

To synchronize the artifacts made from Cuirass, pre-inst-env
and time-machine, drop the url from provenance sexp.

* gnu/installer.scm (provenance-sexp): Drop url.
