Ludovic Courtès 6e2fe68cb0 tests: Do not refer to ‘texlive’ package. ...

This is a followup to 7f46cd4bec, which broke
this test.

* tests/guix-package.sh: Replace ‘texlive’ with ‘tzdata’.
