* gnu/packages/patches/nvi-add-function-prototypes.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register the patch.
* gnu/packages/nvi.scm (nvi): Apply the patch.
[arguments]: remove -Wno-error=implicit-function-declaration.
