* gnu/packages/linux.scm (fuse)[source](patches): Add the patch.
[arguments]: Add force-bootstrap phase.
[native-inputs]: Add AUTOCONF, AUTOMAKE, GETTEXT-MINIMAL, and LIBTOOL.
