Guillaume Le Vaillant d8de9186cd gnu: libspatialite: Fix build with libxml2 >= 2.14. ...

* gnu/packages/patches/libspatialite-libxml2-2.14.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_pach_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/geo.scm (libspatialite)[source]: Use it.
