* gnu/packages/patches/openssl-hurd64.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/tls.scm (openssl-3.0)[arguments]: When building for the 64bit
Hurd, use it in new "apply-hurd-patch" phase.  In #:configure-flags use
"hurd-x86_64" for the 64bit Hurd.
