Ludovic Courtès 5ea0b431b3 gnu: idutils: Remove now unnecessary ‘XFAIL_TESTS’ flag. 
This is unnecessary since the switch to glibc 2.41.

* gnu/packages/idutils.scm (idutils)[arguments]: Remove.
