Christopher Baines 5b98944d3d gnu: ruby-libxml: Fix build. ...

rdoc fails to install the documentation, so disable rdoc for now, as I'm
unsure how to fix this.

* gnu/packages/ruby.scm (ruby-libxml)[arguments]: Add --no-document
to #:gem-flags.
