[native-inputs]: Add ghc-httpd-shed, ghc-test-framework, and
ghc-test-framework-hunit.
[inputs]: Add ghc-case-insensitive, ghc-conduit, ghc-conduit-extra,
ghc-http-types, ghc-puremd5, and ghc-split.
