[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Improve style.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-pathlib2, python-six.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools, python-wheel.
Remove python-codecov, python-codacy-coverage, python-pytest-cov,
python-pytest-runner, python-twine.
