 $ git ls-files | xargs grep -l -E ',libc?yaml' | \
       xargs grep -L '(gnu packages serialization)'

* gnu/packages/web.scm (libyaml, libyaml+static, libcyaml): Move to...
* gnu/packages/serialization.scm: ... here.
