Without setting this path variable, gtk+ must be installed in the user's
profile for pcsxr's GUI to work.

* gnu/packages/emulators.scm (pcsxr)[arguments]: Add 'wrap-program' phase and
return #t from 'cd-subdir' and 'fix-cdio-lookup' phases.
