[source]: Apply gwenview-kimageannotator patch.
[inputs]: Remove qtimageformats; add qtimageformats-5.
* gnu/packages/patches/gwenview-kimageannotator.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
