* gnu/packages/mail.scm (neomutt): Update to 20250404.
[arguments] <configure-flags>: remove deprecated options --disable-idn,
  --with-ui and --debug. Change --ssl option to new format. Add --zstd.
<phases>: Remove breaking tests.
[inputs]: Add zstd.
