Marius Bakke e2c7b7bb68 gnu: libssh2: MIPS workaround no longer is. 
* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (libssh2)[arguments]: Override the 'bootstrap' phase
regardless of target system.  Remove 'autoreconf' phase.
