* gnu/packages/cups.scm (hplip)[source]: Add patch. Update snippet to
remove non-free code and binary blobs.
* gnu/packages/patches/hplip-remove-imageprocessor.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
